My item is faulty/not the correct item what do I do?
We strive to provide you with perfect items every order. In the event that something slips past us we understand the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause you, so we want to fix it for you as soon as possible.
If there is a problem promptly send us an email to email@example.com explaining what you have received. We may ask for a photo to help. We will then be able to email you a mailing label to get it back to us at our expense. For speedy processing please print and complete our Returns form with your parcel.
Once received we will ship you the same item, same size, by express post.
If you do not wish to keep this same item this is considered change of mind and a credit note will be issued.
If we do not have the same item available you will be offered the choice of a refund or a credit note.
What are your sizes like?
We have many different labels which can result in slight size variations on the rare occasion. Look out for sizing tips in the item description. Please contact us if you have any questions about fit or sizing.
How should I wash my purchase?
To ensure your item remains in great condition, please always follow the washing instructions on the tag. Hand Wash means Hand Wash! Using the gentle cycle or the hand wash cycle may still build up enough heat to constrict natural fibres and therefore shrink an item which would normally not shrink with hand washing. We recommend all natural and part natural fibres like cotton, linen, wool, rayon and viscose be cold hand washed and shade dried. We also recommend using a wash bag for items which are labelled machine washable but also have any tassels, embellishments, sequins or lace trim.
Not following the care instructions will void any warranty on your purchase.
