Items can be returned within 14 days for store credit.*
Store credit never expires.
Store credit can be used to purchase any item, storewide.
The customer covers the cost of return shipping to us.
*Sale items under $30 cannot be returned.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with no stains, make-up, tears, rips or odours, etc. and with all tags & original packaging intact, otherwise it will be returned to you.
As per Australian consumer law, we will replace, repair, or refund faulty items.
If you have received a faulty item or an incorrect item has been sent to you, please email us at email@example.com with a photo and we will get it sorted.
Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to accept returns on earrings, hats, hair accessories, swim wear or underwear.
